The ductile PP SERVICE SADDLE  can be placed anywhere in the pipe barrels without any cutting. So it is preferred to use in different situations for savings of time and money. Generally, The diameter of the size for the pipe varies between 32mm to 315 mm. The pressure rating is PN16.

As it controls pressure, the saddle needs to be durable. Service saddles are more economical due to their durability. Also, keeping the economy in mind, a hybrid harness is cost-effective.
The material used for construction is HDPE. The rubber bush is made up of NBR. The D washer is made up of HDPE or nylon. Insert, strap and fasteners are made up of SS304.

Despite the differences in construction materials, the pressure rating is the same between the two types of saddles.
